Part 03: What is Hitokoto Card?
Hitokoto Card is like a written opinion. Members can convey their requests on products sold at the store and dining hall’s menu. Sometimes they even consult personal problems. These are written in Hitokoto Card, which is submitted to the co-op. Then, co-op would answer the question or request using the same card. After that, these Hitokoto Cards are displayed in message board. Nowadays, many university co-ops publish Hitokoto Cards online.

- What kinds of things are written in Hitokoto Card?
- A lot of them are requests or questions about dining hall and general store.
- For example, "Please sell that ice cream in the general store!"
- Or, "Please bring back that menu in the dining hall!"
- We can write such trivial things?
- Well, of course the co-op may not be able to fulfil all of those requests.
- Lately, Hitokoto Card is being used as a communication tools between co-op staff and students.
- Really?
- Questions range from serious ones, like romance-related consultation, to funny ones.
- It’s so exciting because the co-op staff also answer them seriously.

大学生協の品揃えの要望や食堂メニューへの意見、また たまには大学生協職員へ個人の悩み相談など、幅広い視点で組合員の皆さんからいただいております、いわゆる「意見書」みたいなもののことです。この意見書を用紙にご記入いただき、大学生協として意見をいただいた方へ「回答」をおこない、掲示板等に張り出しています。今では、WEBでも公開している大学生協も多く存在しています
